A visit with the big man...

...we love when Opa is here! I think our family won the award for most amount of people in one photo with Santa. On a side note, bring on the holiday festivities, this family is ready!! :)

Thanksgiving Break

Thanksgiving break was spent in Santa Barbara this year and we took lots of time to relax as a family and other moments to spend with friends.

The kids were loving the zip-line in Ventura!

We all enjoyed time with our friends at the zoo.

Amburger

Am, Broccoli, or if you are Keller, you just call her Amburger. That is my new favorite nickname for my high school best friend, Amber. I have very few people that I can say I have known for over 15 years and am darn glad that she is still in my life.

She and her boyfriend stopped by on their way from SF to Arizona. A quick visit that left us just enough to walk on the beach and play a round of Settlers of Catan (the best geek game out there).

Randomness of the Week

This kid loves the shocked look, you think he would be used to me flashing him by now. Here he is wearing his 9-month clothing, still a little big, but dang he is growing up way too fast.

I had to get a picture of our Thankful Turkey + August's Ugg Boots. Thanks Ms. E for trying to make my kid stylish. :)

Vera was sent home with a cardboard cut-out of a person and the project was to make it look like her. Pasta hair = Awesome! These types of projects make it so difficult for this mama to be hands off. Really, what I wanted to do was design the entire thing and complete it.

My second favorite turkey shot.

Happy Thanksgiving

Hmmm...well, they are either going to love this photo when they get older OR...come on, how can you not love this photo?

Nonni and Nonno Weekend

Weekend Happenings

UCSB hosts a children's theater series and we headed out Sunday afternoon to see Charlotte's Web. I just realized that our weekend is going to be reviewed backwards. :) They offered free face painting and balloons. The impressive part, all five us made it through the entire show (August included).

Keller's monster face paint = awesome.

On the way back to the car, we took a few pictures of the our semi-new ride.

Saturday was all about the zoo.

I am just including this picture, because he looks darn cute in the hat that is supposed to fit August. It is all good sis, I am excited that both of my boys will get to wear it. :)
