After a little break, I am back recounting the trip that Vera and I took this summer. Ha, my blog is just a little delayed. Our hotel in Paris was short walk from the Moulin Rouge and the Montmartre Cemetery.
They definitely don't make headstones like they used to...
A quick stroll around the Notre Dame, sad that it burned, fascinating how they are trying to document and recreate the original.
The most magical trip up The Eiffel Tower. Our tickets were for 11pm and I was so worried. It was amazing and breathtaking. I managed to have only a minor panic attack as we got ready for the elevator. We stayed, took pictures, and then decided to pass on the elevator down and walk the steps. So cool and one of the best decisions made during the trip.
