Vera and I headed to Vancouver B.C. for a mother/daughter trip during spring break. Vera has been dabbling with being vegetarian and so we tried all types of vegan food in Vancouver. We also walked everywhere, putting 5-10 miles per day in while exploring the city.
Crossing the border:
Lebanese food for our first meal at Nuba was delicious.
We ended our first day eating gelato.
Day 2 included the Vancouver Aquarium, totem poles, and dinner at MeeT on Main...which if you hadn't told me the restaurant was vegan, I would have sworn I was eating chicken.
Day 3: We explored Capilano Suspension Bridge and went thrift store shopping. So much fun.
The steam powered clock...
