Crafting and More

Quarantine...here is the thing, my three older kids complete their work from school, love to read, and will do other things when asked. The littlest, well, her work takes just an hour-ish in the morning and then she really does just want to craft and be entertained. It is awesome and exhausting all at the same time.

One project, a yarn-bombed bucket to use at the crafting table in her room.

The window painting turned out to be an activity that everyone enjoyed.

Meditation jar prompted by the school counselor, both Gus and Pearl made one...only one would pose for a picture.

Waaaay back when I was pregnant, a good friend's mom gave me this hot plate warmer. It is only used for this purpose which is why she gave it to me. I guess in the 70s they made them so that they didn't have automatic shut offs when they got to hot. It is perfect for melted crayon art projects.

Keller got into the fun using eyeshadow to make a butterfly on Pearl's face.

AND, last but not least, we made a light blue snake cake. Because, why not?
