Hmmm...our experience with the flower girl thing was a little up and down. Vera seemed to love the parades and the times when she was in front of the crowds. The difficult part, getting her motivated for each event and knowing that she had to work the event instead of getting to be an observer.
As they walked in the parade, the girls hand/throw flowers to all of the spectators.
I am guessing that this is the only year I am going to know Saint Barbara at Fiesta. Hello Rain!

The parade walking was adorable. Look at that smile and every time I would catch up with her to take a picture she would throw a flower at me.
